    I've been taking this for 2 weeks now and I'm liking it so far. The shipping was fast and the customer support has been really helpful with instructions and diet tips. I've lost 4 pounds so far, doesn't seem like a lot but it is for me since I have such a hard time even losing a pound. I like that it doesn;t give me any jitters like other diet products. I will be recommending this product and company to my friends and family.

    I've tried 3 different types of RK supplements and I had side effects with all of them. One raised my blood pressure, which was very scary. I felt like my heart was going to beat out of my chest. The other one gave me blood in my urine and I got a UTI from it! I tried this product after my friend assured me that I would not have any side effects and this is by far the best one out there.

    I've lost 15 pounds in a little over 3 weeks and I have had no side effects besides a mild case of acid reflux for the first 3 days. If you are looking for an all natural RK supplement, this is the one. I'm convinced the other products are lab made with many bad chemicals in them.

    I have been taking raspberry ketone for one week now and lost 5 pounds...awesome. I read all the reviews before buying and thought I got nothing to lose even if it doesn't work, to my surprise I can't believe that in one week I lost 5 pounds. I did exercise twice and I didn't eat anything after 7 p.m. but even if I did that without raspberry ketone I still would have never lost 5 pounds in one week. So grateful. Will keep an update :)

    I started to use this product in December of 2011. I had great results from using this. Energy & weight loss. I was gradually loosing weight to where I was in my skinny clothes again. I also exercised 3-4 day's a week. I eat pretty healthy with the occasional meal out and junk food. I stopped using it in December and ate like crazy so the weight and inches are slowly packing on. Im back in my fatter clothes. I bought some more this past week to get me back on track! Im looking forward to the help!!

    I was on this supplement for only 4 days and had to send in the return request as I have GERD and it unfortunately aggravated the symptoms ten fold. The customer service was indeed excellent. Will be returning the product today. Have ordered the African Mango supplement in place of this. Don't foresee a problem as i'm fine with mangoes. I knew i had a problem with raspberries prior to starting on it but wanted to give it a go thinking that the amount each day wouldn't pose a problem. In that 4 days i did notice a big differnce in energy levels and felt full longer throughout the day.

    I've tried 3 different brands of ketones and I can say that this is the best brand I have tried. No jitters from filler ingredients- just energy.     I heard about Raspberry Ketones from the Doctor Oz show. After not being able to find it at the local health food store, I looked on online. The delivery time was fast! I have taking two a day per Dr. Oz's suggestions and noticed that my appetite was controlled in the morning to about mid afteroon. I am back to Weight watchers also and thought this would be a good supplement to the program. I have dropped 7 pounds since starting this supplement, but think I might need to add another dose mid afternoon. The package did not come with specific times to take them. Anyone have any suggestions on that?

    I'm on day 4 and I do feel a difference. Mainly more energy and I am less hungry. When I do get hungry, I am eating about half of what I used to eat. I hope this will continue and turn into weight loss for me.

    I ordered this after watching Dr Oz's segment about reducing abdomen fat. My tummy has always been my biggest body challenge and I love raspberries so I thought it was worth a try. I began taking it daily in July, I am now in month four. My tummy is certainly not flat, but it is so much smaller. I do water aerobics 3 hours a week and it is so nice not having my tummy stick out as much as my breasts in a swimsuit. For the first time in many years I feel like I have curves and good ones :)

    I found out about this on Dr. Oz. Then I researched and learned about what the ketones can do for your body. However, there are so many different ones you can buy. I then went to GNC and found that what they sell is way less potent, about 100 mg. This particular product has 500 mg and is by far the best choice and the best value. I have seen a difference in my metabolism and I hope this continues.

    This is not going to make you look like a super model by tomorrow. If that's what you're looking for, see a psychiatrist OR a plastic surgeon!!! What it will do, is mitigate the fat you eat. If you have an extremely high-fat diet (i.e. 99.9% of Americans) it will do a lot.

    I've been taking this for about a month, and I've lost weight very steadily. I've had no uncomfortable side effects, no cramps, no digestion problems. I have gotten so sick of people saying this product is awful but they haven't even tried it or took it for 3 days and gave up because they weren't seeing weight loss. Any product can only do so much for you if you do not help yourself. Also, nothing works overnight so just remember to keep your expectations realistic, help yourself by changing your bad habits and you will definitely be happy and start losing weight. Cheers!

    I researched the contents of this product and could see that they are all natural. Its a nice way to lose weight and to get more energy. I am more motivated to go to the gym now so its a circular thing where the pills help me lose weight and want to go to the gym, then the work out helps me burn calories and it goes around and around. I have really enjoyed it so far. I was drawn to this because of the health benefits of Raspberry Ketones mentioned by Dr. Oz but the extra energy is what keeps me using it every day.

    I take this raspberry product along with the colon cleanse I got free with my order and I love it. I've changed my diet and started doing some light exercise and am finally making the changes I've been wanting to make for years.

    A word of advice, be very careful about what raspberry ketones products you buy. There are a lot of ones that have all kinds of junk like synthetic ingredients in them for dirt cheap. Their usefuleness is reflected in their price. Make sure you are taking all natural, pure raspberry ketones which is what this product is. Good luck ya'll! :)

    I was not faithful with this product at first and took it only when I remembered. But as soon as I got one board with it I started losing weight. I have lost about 9 lbs in two weeks.     I am currently on the Hcg diet and using the Raspberry Ketone to help with suppressing my appetite. I am eating 500 calories a day and so far I have experienced very little hunger.     I received the product in the time frame stated by the company. They came in 3 days. I have enjoyed taking them they have curbed my desire for wanting to eat extra. I have lost a few pounds while taking them and have added some extra exercise to my day. I would recommend this product to everyone and the secret to making this work is to eat several small healthy meals a day instead of big heavy ones.     I first purchased this product when it was recommended by Dr. Oz. I have since lot 10 pounds my mother has lost over 20 and now I have my aunts taking this product. Neither of us have really changed any eating or exercise habits. The product does not make you feel jittery at all. I highly recommend this product if you are trying to lose weight and you are unable to do a heavy exercise or meal program.

    This is the best brand of Raspberry Ketones. I've taken 3 different brands- one from GNC, one from Whole Foods and another from an online site. All of the other products gave me jitters and acid reflux. I HATED how they made me feel. A friends recommend this brand and I decided to give the ketones a last try. I was so happy to see that I did not get any side effects with this brand. It does not make me feel jittery- just feel like I have more energy. And there is also no acid reflux which was really bad with the other brands especially when I was at work. I've been taking this brand for over a month now and I am happy to report that I have already lost 18 pounds. This product is a definitely a good product and I would recommend this if you are looking to lose weight with NO side effects.

    I've tried 3 different brands of raspberry ketones and I didn't like the way I felt on them. I felt very paranoid and jittery when I was on the other 3 brands but I was desperate to lose the weight. I read the article on healthier post on how raspberry ketones should not give you side effects and I saw that they carried an all natural supplement of it. I decided this would be my last try with the product and if I felt the same, I would not take them anymore. I'm happy to report that I am on day 8 and side effects free. The only minor side effect I get is that I burp up a little of the pills and it just tastes like I ate a bowl of raspberries. I'm down 1 pound and I know that is not a lot to some people but I have been trying to lose 25 pounds for the last 2 years so I am really excited about what this supplement can do for me. Shipping was also very fast- I received my product in 3 days and the customer support line was very friendly when I expressed my concerns with the other brands I'd taken in the past. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend this product.

    I've been taking raspberry ketone lean for over a week and I really feel a difference. I'm eating about half of what I normally eat and sometimes I even skip a meal because I'm not hungry. I feel a lot more energy on these and I haven't had to drink my regularly coffee/energy drink every morning. I haven't had a chance to weigh myself yet but I can definitely feel a difference with my appetite and the energy that I get does not make me feel jittery.     I bought another brand that claimed it was "pure raspberry ketone" but after just 2 days of taking it, my blood pressure spiked. I take meds to control my blood pressure and was told that the brand was "all natural and pure" so I thought it would not effect my condition. I immediately stopped taking it and found healthier raspberry ketone from a co-worker who had been taking it with no side effects. I'm happy to report that I've been on this for 3 weeks now with no blood pressure spikes and no other negative side effects. I've lost 7 pounds already and I am so grateful to my co-worker for recommending this. My advice to everyone is to make sure you are taking a quality product. Any product can claim it is pure and all natural but you need to do your research before you purchase. The best bet is to take recommendations from someone you know who has taken the product with no side effects and success.     My husband bought me some from the whole foods for $14 and I took them religiously for 2 months and nothing happened!     I took another brand from GNC and I was running to the bathroom every 15 minutes. It was miserable and I did not lose any weight after a week of this. I finally stopped that brand and switched to this brand because it was recommended to me by my friend. I was hesitant because the GNC brand was $20 for 100 pills that is supposed to last 2 months. This brand is $39.97 which is a little more steep (and yes I was being cheap) but I guess what they say is true- you get what you pay for. I've been taking this for 3 weeks with no running to the bathroom and I'm already down 4 pounds. I have been getting an upset stomach if I don't take it with food but that is the only side effect so far. My advice would be to not skimp on supplements like this if you are serious about losing the weight. You really get what you pay for and buying the cheap stuff is just wasting your money.

    I've been taking this product for 2 weeks now and it's been working great. It's really helped with my cravings and I see a difference already with the bulge in my tummy. Dr. Oz says that it slices your fat cells in half and lets your body burn it off more effectively and I really feel that this is what the product is doing for me. The only side effect I have had so far is some acid reflux after I take the capsules in the morning. I decided to split up the 2 capsules to 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon and drank more water and the symptom went away. Other than that, I've been side effects free and down 5 pounds.

    I've been taking these for a week now and it feels pretty good. I normally have 2 cups of coffee in the morning but I haven't had to drink any because these pills give me more energy. I take 2 in the morning and they last me all day pretty much. I start to get tired around 6 pm when I'm cooking dinner. I've lost 2 pounds so far and I'm excited to see how much more I will lose.     This product has been working great for me so far. My sister in law recommended this to me after he co-worker lost 20 pounds in 3 months.     I've been on this for over 2 months now and I feel great. I have so much more energy and it has helped me get back to the gym. I've been strugglig with a knee injury for the last year and it has really impacted my weight becasue I am unable to exercise or have the energy for it.     This fat loss product does not give me any jitters. I've been taking them for 2 weeks and I haven't weighed myself yet but I noticed some difference around my belly area already. I totally agree that you have to exercise along with taking these so I can maximize my result and I am only taking one pill a day as Dr. Oz suggested.
