HCG has proven to be a powerful dieting aid, however, learning about HCG is only half the battle. More research is needed to find the proper product. Regardless of the brand or type of HCG that you choose, be sure that the brand is trusted and stands by the product. Check customer reviews and do not hesitate to call and ask questions.

HCG for weight loss is one if the lastest products that has reached virtually anyone and everyone seeking to lose weight fast and effectively. Fad diets like the Atkins Diet, the South Beach Diet, The Paleo Diet, Jenny Craig, Slim Fast, and even Weight Watchers, are effective but are very tedious and require adhering to strict eating habits. For those on the go, those who have children, or for those who just don’t have the time or the money to dedicate towards eating a specific regimen of food, those diets may seem a little impractical. Moreover, when the weight is lost, the chance of packing back on the pounds may leave people wondering if they will have to invest a small fortune just to keep up with the meals and extras to continue following these diets. Diets are more or less a trend and as we all know, keeping up with trends is extremely hard to do as life and situations change. People are looking for a solid solution to their weight loss woes and HGC for weight loss is a solution that is effective and easy to adhere to. HCG for weight loss has proven to be effective without the need to follow a trend. Although HCG for weight loss is effective, there are a few things you should be aware of before committing.

HCG for Weight Loss Is Not a New Concept

Contrary to the new wave of HCG for weight loss news, HCG is not a new concept. A.T.W. Simeons, an endocrinologist discovered HCG when attempting to understand the relevance of HCG and obesity in India dating back to the 1950s. At the time, many pregnant women in India were severely malnourished but were able to have normal birth weight babies who were also surprisingly healthy as well. This brought Simeons to the conclusion that the Hypothalamus burns reserved fat without depriving the muscle while on a low calorie diet. This finding prompted a wave of HCG for weight loss users dating back to the 1960s but eventually faded out as other dieting trends came forth. However, HCG for weight loss has become relevant yet again, prompting popularity in such discussions.

HCG, also known as Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, is not a pill or a fancy diet. HCG is a hormone that is found in the urine of pregnant women. You may be a little skeptical, but who could blame you. After all, HCG is found in pregnant women’s urine. However, the theory behind HGC for weight loss is simple. HCG is a diet aid that depresses hunger and the need to eat. This may not be ideal for the person who want to lose 10 to 30 pounds. But for those who are severely overweight or obese, HCG for weight loss may be a compromise to going under the knife for risky gastric surgery.

HCG comes in injections or in a serum that is ether ingested orally or injected intravenously. While on HCG for weight loss, you may not consume more than 500 calories per day in only non-processed foods like a liquid or raw diet. Additionally, you must consume or inject the HCG for at least 45 days.

HCG for weight loss may seem like a starvation diet to some, however, even though the small amount of calories suggest so, it is anything but. Since the body burns more stored fat while on HCG, it is important to keep the amount of calories limited. Additionally, many physicians often worry about the lack of nutrients and its correlation to muscle loss while on such a low calorie diet. HCG for weight loss has also solved this issue as well. As noted in Simeons study, muscle was not lost or compromised while on HCG for weight loss. Instead the muscle tissue was preserved rather than damaged even with the lack of nutrients.

HCG For Weight Loss Is Not A Substitution For Healthy Eating & Exercise

Even though HCG for weight loss would benefit the obese more so than those who only want to lose a few pounds, HCG also proves effective for those who have a harder time losing weight and fat from problem areas like the hips, buttock, thighs, and abdominal areas. HCG for weight loss is known to decrease abdominal fat and other problem areas. Furthermore, unlike fad diets that take weeks and sometimes months to see visible results, many HCG for weight loss users report seeing results almost immediately.

Like other dietary supplements and weight loss aids, HCG for weight loss is not a substitution for healthy eating and exercise. In fact the results are more dramatic when combined with moderate exercise like running, jogging, biking, and aerobic activity. Another reason to incorporate healthy eating and exercise is that once reaching your desired weight loss goals, the grace period after stopping HCG for weight loss treatment requires stabilization. Therefore, not only is it encouraged but healthy eating and exercise is also necessary to maintain the results.

HCG for weight loss has proven to be a powerful dieting aid, however, learning about HCG is only half the battle. More research is needed to find the proper product. Regardless of the brand or type of HCG that you choose, be sure that the brand is trusted and stands by the product. Check customer reviews and do not hesitate to call and ask questions for any HCG for weight loss products. Your body is as precious as the things that you put into it. Therefore, don’t take any chances with inferior products.  Choose a reputable product with founded and proven results. A money back guarantee also helps when using HCG for weight loss.

HCG was offered many years ago back in Europe and a lot of people tried it. It worked it the past and it works today. The only difference is now the mainstream media has picked it up and the prices are more affordable with the drops versus the injections.

    • andrea says:

do you know how they work the same?

      • Meredith says:

It’s just a different form of delivery. Like ice cubes and water- they are in different forms but they are still from water. The oral drops are so much better because they are very affordable versus the injections. The clinics and Pharmaceutical companies just want consumers to use the injections so they can make more money from us. It’s horrible but it’s true. SO NOT WORTH IT! Just do the drops and you will get the same results.

So is there a difference between the injections and the drops? Which one works better?

    • Joey1645 says:

They both work the same. The injections are just more expensive and they have to be injected into your muscles. The drops are much more affordable and convenient.

one of my co-workers lost 40 pounds on this diet and she swears by it. does anyone know if it effects men the same way it effects women?

    • doug m. says:

I’ve read that it works the same for both men and women. It resets your metabolism after you take it so you are able to sustain your weight loss.

  4. Alana says:

Is anyone exercising while they are on this diet? I’m about to start it and I’m nervous about exercising on it because I normally work out 4 times and week and I want to make sure it is safe. Any feedback would be helpful.

    • June says:

Yes, I’ve been exercising on this but I had to scale my normal workouts way back. I felt pretty weak for the first few days so I didn’t work out but I am on day 10 now and I’ve been going to the gym every other day. My normal workout would be an hour and a half but now I’m only doing 30 minutes because I don’t want to over exert myself on this diet. It actually feel perfect to me because I’m not feeling tired or weak anymore and I feel like I have more energy. Good luck! :)

HCG sounds like a brilliant idea when it comes to weight loss. The effectiveness of this approach is undispute as there is evidence that it has done wonders in the past and still does. However, key questions linger on the pricing and affordability of the method since of late it has been immensely commercialized. Can anyone please expound on what needs to be done when it comes to its regulation? Any helpful response will be highly appreciated

  7. joyce says:

Has anyone done this diet sucessfully without changing skin and hair products?

  8. cherel says:

I’m confused. The product you’re advertising is Hormone Free. So how can it be the same as hcg.
