The African mango may seem like another stimulated product to produce hype and big bucks for companies. However, with backed support from Dr. Mehmet Oz,  who has been featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show hundreds of times, the product seems more valid. Dr. Oz now has his own medical show, and has featured the African mango on his show not only as a weight loss aid, but as a super potent multivitamin that has benefits for both men and women. While Dr. Oz does not endorse the product, his claims that African mango is beneficial for lowering cholesterol, improving the waistline and an effective weight loss aid makes trying African mango worth the risk.

The African mango comes in the form of an extract.

The fruit is extremely rare and is found in parts of the country of Cameroon in Africa. While the African mango is a new phenomenon to those in the United States and other countries, native Africans have used the African mango and its seeds for hundreds of years. Natives call the African mango “Dikka Nuts” and the extract  ”Irvingia Gaconensis”. Natives believe that both the fruit and the extract have medical benefits beyond its weight loss capabilities.

how it works arrow African Mango

hp african mango 300x87 African Mango

The way that the African mango works for weight loss is in speeding up the body’s metabolism. Toxins block the body’s ability to absorb the proper nutrients and energy needed to burn fat and increase metabolism. When this happens, the body is at a stalemate and cannot burn the fat needed for weight loss. When African mango extract is ingested, it eliminates nutrient blocking toxins which allows the body to acquire the energy it needs to burn fat. Also, in terms of weight loss, the African Mango contains loads of Vitamin B. Vitamin B helps to increase metabolism for carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. In metabolizing these products the body in return has more energy to exercise which leads to increase in fat burning energy. Also vital to weight loss is the production of Adiponectine. Adiponectine is a hormone that regulates how the body absorbs glucose. Adiponectine also increase blood flow for better circulation.

While ingesting African mango,

not only is the body more capable of enhancing fat burning capabilities, but it is also beneficial to those with high cholesterol. One of the most remarkable outcomes that physicians have seen in patients who use African mango is a significant reduction in LDL cholesterol. LDL cholesterol is the bad cholesterol. LDL is known to causes blockages in the arteries as well as atherosclerosis or hardening of the arteries.
For those with the most common problem area, the tummy, who are struggling to lose the belly jelly, African mango can solve that as well. Those who are overweight or obese have a resistance to Lepitin. Lepitin is a hormone that controls fat storage in the midsection. As the body becomes more resistance to weight loss in abdominal area, the ability for the body to expel fat from this section is almost impossible. African mango remedies this in reducing the body’s Lepitin resistance resulting in inches of fat loss from the midsection.

Like other products, it’s important to understand that even though African mango is a powerful weight loss aid, it is exactly that and that only: a weight loss aid. Meaning that African mango should not be a substitute for proper diet and exercise. African mango has the ability to induce weight loss and an overall improvement in general health, however, the results are rapid and long lasting when adding diet and exercise to the African mango equation. Therefore, since African mango is only a weight loss aid, always remember to incorporate diet and exercise and not to solely depend on African mango as a weight loss solution on its own. Moreover, since African mango is capable of removing toxins from the body, it does not do any good to continue eating in an unhealthy way as food filled with toxins will counteract with African mango’s toxin removal , thus making the supplement ineffective against losing weight and toxin removal.

Now that all of the issues in regards to African mango’s claims as a weight loss aid and supplement for general health have been explored you must now decide if the benefits outweigh any skepticism that you may have about the supplement. Not only is it backed by one of the most influential and trusted physicians in television, but there are studies that support the supplement’s claims. Various studies have been conducted since its debut . One study in particular illustrates African mango’s weight loss claims as valid. More than 100 obese adults were given African mango seed extract and lost more than 20 pounds while not changing diet or exercise level. Additionally, the participants also saw a reduction in LDL cholesterol.

Side effects are moderate and include gas, headaches, and insomnia. The side effects do not plague every person using  African mango and are not severe enough to interrupt daily activities. If you are looking to acquire African mango, do your research and order from a trusted source. African mango is not readily available in health food or retail stores, therefore shopping online for African mango is your best option. In either event, ordering from a company that has experience and guaranteed products is a sure fire method of obtaining your little piece of a weight loss miracle drug via the african mango.

I heard about African Mango on the Dr. Oz show. There has been a lot of hype about it so I deicided to try it out. I’ve been on it for about 2 weeks and I do feel more energy and less cravings. Has anyone been on it for longer than that and seen weight loss and improvement in your energy level?

    • Joyce says:

Yes, I take it daily and I’ve noticed an increase in my mood and energy level. I also take B-12, fish oil and a multi-vitamin so I’m not sure if it is that specific combination that is helping also. I’ve been taking African Mango for 4 months now and I’ve lost 20 pounds. I didn’t have much weight to lose but this did the job. Hope that helps!

      • tony says:

what kind of african mango did you take and where can i get it?

      • Flower says:

I’m on One a Day for women since my iron is so low I am borderline anemic without vitamins. Would this replace my One a Days…or should I add the mango supplements to my current vitamins as well?

        • Sublime says:

I wouldn’t replace your one a day pill but add it to what you are currently taking. This African Mango supplement has other nutritional benefits and it would probably be better if you add it to what you already take.

          • Ms. CoCo says:

Yeah, I would just add this to your regular vitamin regimen. You will definitely notice more energy and that you are getting antioxidant support.

        • nancy says:

You should try dessicated liver for your iron ,as well Blackstrap molasses. I also use Vitamin code that is all organic and has great ingredients in place of one a day. I love the mango seed and it should be used in addtion to , from what my herbalist tells me..

      • Jack says:

How many capsule we have to consume the mataburn and african mango each day? Should the metaburn and african mango consume at the same time? Before meal or after meal?

        • Tommy says:

If you bought African Mango and Metaburn, it is a scam. You should check your bank account to see if they’ve charged you again for it. Always double check to see if you are ordering from a reputable company. African Mango Direct is a scam!!!! Found out the hard way and now I only get my African Mango from Healthier Post.

          • Maureen says:

I sent away for both as it sounded great reading all the reports.I sent away for the free trials took about three weeks for the first bottle African mango to arrive, I thought this was my free trial, but looking at my account hey charged me the full price, then the meta burn arrived a week later same thing, this was ordered 10.11.2011 since then I’ve been charged four times for the African Mango and only received one bottle so far,and four times for the meta burn,I received two bottles of the meta burn taken all the African mango and half way through my second bottle of meta burn, and on top of all that I’ve only lost tree pounds in weight and since put it back on again. Not happy,I would have loved for this to have worked for me.So it is off to the bank in the morning to cancel and hope I get some of my money back,I also can’t say I felt any change in energy levels, all doom and gloom for me,I really would like to keep this going as it might just take time for me,once I get this sorted out I might try the Healthier post it is very hard to know what is a good company mine is over seas US and the post stamp states Sweden well thanks guys for all your info

              Hello Everyone,

Upon reading all of the posts by everyone who was scammed by African Mango Direct and Meta Burn, I wanted to reach out to customers who are interested in trying African Mango but who are concerned about being scammed. “Free trials” offered by companies are not free at all. It is just a scheme to get your credit card information so they can bill you every month for product that you did not order and product you do not want. This will continue until you call your credit card company and request a “chargeback” or cancel the card all together. No reputable company would employ such billing practices and make it nearly impossible for consumers to get a hold of them to request a refund.

At Healthier Post, we do not believe in those billing practices and when you order, you only get exactly what you ordered, nothing more. We have been warning our customers about this scheme since it first started. To read more about this scam and our warning to customers about it, please visit the link below:

              http://www.healthierpost.com/scam-warning/

Hopefully with this warning posted, consumers will no longer fall victim to this scheme. To protect the integrity of this blog, let’s continue to share our experiences with the African Mango product itself, how it has helped or not helped you and anything else you would like to share with fellow readers. Best wishes to all!

              Cheers,

I have been using the pill available at Costco (Creative Bioscience product) for 4 weeks now. I did not lose any pound. It is kind of disappointing as it did not work for me at all. I have more than 20 pounds to lose and I thought this would help after reading many reviews.Totally disappointed.

              • Laura says:

I just want to say thank you! I signed up for the free trial last night just out of a crazy “I’m going to do this!” whim. Then I started to research it today, and couldn’t believe that I had been scammed! So I immediately called my credit card company; I was only charged for the “free shipping”. My card was cancelled, and I was reassured there was no way they could charge me anymore.

                    Hey Jolanda,

I’m also in SA and the product sounds intriguing. I’ve got high cholesterol, but if it helps with fat burning what a win too! Pls keep us posted as to if the solal range works for you – generally a very reputable brand, so I’m interested in hearing your outcome before spending a lot of money.

                    Regards

I have found the perfect solution. I have a credit card that I only use online – I transfer the amount of the transaction to that acct as needed so there is never a balance of more than $10.00 to be stolen. The system has worked fine for me for several years and the extra hassle is well worth it. Try it..!!!!!!

              • Christina says:

Hazel, I do the same as well. My banker advised it. Opened a free account for me and I only put the money in that I need for a transaction. It’s such a great idea for those who shop online!

Have had similar problems. Called my credit union, they obliged by refunding full amount charged on my credit card. While I was on line with them, they checked ad to see what offer I had subscribed to. Also recommend you advise the company if refund is not done in a mannerly time frame, you will contact your State Attorney Office. Once they hear State Attorney, they do an about face. Good Luck.

          • Gail says:

Did you find a way to get your money back?

            • Rand0m says:

Dispute the money with your bank…they are known scams. I got most of my money back..some not due to being past claim time. Worth a try.

              • Sammy says:

how to did you get hold off them? can you please give me there contact details.

                Thanks

                • Erik says:

Yes, just contact your bank and tell them about the company’s unethical billing pratices and they can refund your money and go after them for it. You are wasting your time if you are trying to contact the scam company. You will never be able to get a hold of them.

                  • Sherry says:

My bank, Regions requires you file an affidavit stating you did not give company to process your card. Usually company wins because you missed reading the small print. However, if you’re lucky and did it right by returning product within time limit etc they will refund your money. I once was traveling with in-laws so we had same last name and the hotel charged their room and ours all on my debit card! It caused me to overdraft as the bill was for over a thousand. The company refunded room cost but not bank fees, bank wouldn’t refund fees because they weren’t to blame! Ended up charging us $800+ in service fees that we were made to eat! I agree with Larry and using Paypal who has a credit card service really stands up for their customers. I wait until a new “superfood” or God’s latest found miracle males it to the shelves of a local health food store or Amazon so that I’m protected and reviews have been posted all over Internet by then. My question is does this stuff REALLY clean you out? I have paralyzed lower intestines and have to take a shot every other day to have a bm. Would like to have a cleaners to use along side and cut back on shots but nothing has worked so far? :-( Sorry for my long post!

I also (NZ) requested ‘free samples’ of both metaburn and African Mango – took about a month to receive them. They deducted the ‘postage’ of about $10 from my credit card account. Nowhere did it say I was to return or have an ongoing order – I read the order carefully. Today we received Credit Card Statement and they have deducted $74.98 us and $84.98us!! Outrageous! Have rung and cancelled my card! Not received the extra pills yet! There is no way I would pay that amount as I have looked up NZ suppiers and they are charging about $39nz!! I have notified Scam. I can’t say I have lost any additional fat yet bu will use the rest of the pills and ‘here’s hoping’!!!Be careful who you order from and DON”T beiieve ‘FREE SAMPLE”!!!!

I thought I did my research but I hadn’t ,I did keep 15 days worth and wasn’t impressed

            • coconut says:

You should contact your bank right away and stop the payments. you can even ask your bank to refund those payments that you didn’t agreed with. I did that.

              Hi,
Your bank will have revisions for fraudulent transactions. My advise would be to contact them and report the transactions straight away. Usually the bank will refund the monies and pursue the perpetrators :0)

            • betty says:

the only way yu can solve this is to cancell your account with your bank and get a new one. that is what I had to do to keep them from debiting my account. hope this helps

I phoned them if it is the same company in the States, gave them hell, and got a full refund and removed from their client list, and have had no further problems since. The call cost an arm and a leg, but was worth it. They were charging me the full amount before I had received the trial, I told them if they thought i was going to pay for something before receiving the trial and not know if it worked they were nuts. They offered me 50% discount, I told them that was not acceptable, as I was not prepared to spend this much money on something that I had not tried. Eventually I told them the only thing that would appease me was a full refund, and confirmation emails stating that the refund had been processed and that my account had been closed. I got them within 24 hours, and the refund.

I went to this website that was linked to Racheal Ray’s website & decided to ordered my Africa Mango Pill. After completing my transcations, I started to read the terms and condition. I know, I should of read my terms and condition first.. Thankfully I made it a point to read it.. About an hr later, I started researching about africa mango pills and relized how people were getting scam! I was afraid and wanted to cancel my order. I tried going back to the same link that I clicked on PRIOR and NOW, THE LINK IS NO LONGER AVAB! I was thinking…………..OMG! THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME NOW! And there was no way I can even get a 800 # to call to cancel my order. I quickly called my credit card company to advise of what just happened. She provided me with an 800. I called that number and remained on hold for over 15 mins. When a rep FINALLY ANSWERED she was a rude and rude can be. I told her that i wanted to cancel my order. Of crouse, she asked why. I just told her that i changed my mind and no longer wanted the product and wanted to cancel my order since it has not been shipped out yet. She told me to go ahead and take avantage of the free trail since I had already paid for it. i told her, no because I don’t want to call back in 14 days to cancel only to be on hold for another 15 mins. She told me that I would not get my refund of the shipping fee, which was $4.95. I told her that was crazy bc the item has not been shipped so how am i charged that amount already! We went back and forth and finally she said everything will be refunded. To make a long stroy short, DO NOT TRUST FREE TRAILS. I will be contacting my credit card company to cancel that card and to send me a new card. Just in case!!!

Thank you for this idea to make a healing cream. Are the other ingredients e.g. rasberry ketones, L carnitine tartrate readily availble and do you have other recipes?

After reading all of these negative posts of people getting scammed, I decided to order through Healthier Post instead. I can’t believe that so many people got scammed by the African Mango Direct company! I got my pills in 3 days and was only charged $39.97 ONCE and I even called to confirm with customer service about being charged again and they reassured me that they do not do that. I’m almost done with my bottle and have not been charged anything as promised and I’m also down 9 pounds! The African Mango product from Healthier Post is a very good quality product and I’m so glad I did my research and read the posts before I decided to order. Thank you to everyone for the warning and if you want a good quality product with no strings attached, I would highly recommend ordering from Healthier Post.

      • Mr Sauren says:

LMAO @ “I didn’t have much weight to lose but this did the job.” WHat do you mean!? 20 Pounds!! That is A LOT too lose…. haha, you just made my day! Thanks!

        • Ms A says:

“That is a LOT to lose” compared to whom?? If I only needed to lose 20 # I wouldn’t even worry about it. @ Joyce – GREAT job!!

      • Rachel says:

Hi Joyce, Did you change anything about your diet and exercise or simply start taking the supplement?
I’ve just started taking African mango a couple days ago because, like you, I have only a little to lose but with eating healthy and exercising I am not really losing weight.
Also, did you take one at lunch and dinner?
        Thanks!!

        • Joyce says:

Hi Rachel, I just stepped up my gym routine and did 10 more minutes of cardio each time (I normally do 20 minutes and I started doing 30 minutes). I dropped fried foods and sodas from my diet and just tried to eat as much fresh foods as I can. That was about all I did and I am very happy with m y weight loss. Best of luck to you!

          • Jordan says:

You’re quite the retard aren’t you. “All you did” was increase your exercise, cut calories and unhealthy fats…and you lost weight? NO WAY, THIS MUST BE A MIRACLE PILL!
You lost weight because you started doing what everyone should do who wants to burn fat, not due to this scammy pill.

            • Sherry says:

Jordan is quite rude and obviously not intelligent if retard is the best word you could find in your little brain to use.
Even with upping her exercise and changing diet women typically won’t lose 20 lbs that quickly. Yes, the changes she made in lifestyle helped more than pill but the pill did, likely help her to. We aren’t as lucky as men who can drop drinking sodas for 2 weeks and lose 20 lbs before they know it! Our metabolism needs a bit of help. Plus mango probably gave her more energy to do those extra things. So yes, I agree it’s not a miracle pill but you are a rude and ignorant person to speak in that manner! Now go sit in time-out for being naughty!

              • Donna says:

I agree with everything Sherry said.. that was rude and uncalled for Jordan. I am sure that pill helped her out more then just the changes she made. It IS hard for women to loose weight and get their metabolism going. No need for immature and snotty comments.. I agree.. go sit in time out lol.

I am going to check into this pill. I would love for it to boost my metabolism to help me with the healthy eating and exercise I have started.. because I am not seeing a diff with the healthy life style changes I made 2 months ago :)

That’s unfortunate that they don’t have an @$$h*le pill. Jordan might need one. I wish everyone well that has decided to take the step towards a new and healthier lifestyle. I’m very accustom to fitness, I just recently left the Army to pursue college full time. Let these pills not be the only step you take in your pursuit of healthy new you. Simple diet and exercise is going to increase the rapid results. GOOD LUCK

                • Nicole says:

Donna and Sherry you two are wonderful :) I too am stuggling with the pesky pounds that make my lovely Costco Muffin Top. Since I turned 35 diet and exercise aren’t doing what they used. I’m getting a bottle of Aftrican Mango and if all it does is boost my energy that’s okay.

            • Sally says:

Wow! guess what, your are not nice and what you say is what you are! People just don’t get it, that you should be nice online, too. Maybe you act like a jerk in real life, too. Sorry if you have a girlfriend/wife or mother. Guess they didn’t teach you how to act or you are self taught.

            • G. says:

This pill does get rid of toxins and it curbs your appetite. Too bad didn’t work for you if you tried it.

            • Katherine says:

Wow, that comment was so rude. You have no idea of someone’s struggle until you have walked in their shoes. You also have no right to judge! If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all. This is a place for people to share success stories, their struggles and for people to encourage each other to make changes towards a healthier lifestyle. Thank you to Sherry, Donna and Matt for the positive comments. And Joyce, keep up what you are doing and don’t let a loser lie “Jordan” tell you what is right or wrong. He obviously has issues.

            • Nikole says:

WOW!!!! What a insecure jerk!! Stay offline A**HOLE!!!

              • John says:

Making rude remarks oblivious of people’s predicaments is so wrong. There is no need for judging others and it is always prudent to keep mum where one has nothing positive to contribute. This forum encourages positive sharing, problem sharing and solving as well as providing encouraging support to each other. Cheers to all aspiring to lead healthier lifestyles.

            • Ruth says:

You are very very rude Jordan. Very rude. Shame on you.

      • Maryam says:

hi can you please tell me from where can i order my african mango?
if i make payment from paypal will it be safe or not??
safe in terms of not charging me again and again
        thank you

        • Julie says:

Hi Meryam, you should order the product from Healthier Post. I was scammed by another company prior to finding this site and blog and I decided to give them a try after reading all of the positive feedback. I received my order in 3 days and the product has been working well for me for the last 2 months. They will not charge you more than once for what you ordered. TRUST ME, I was skeptical after being scammed by Metaburn and African Mango Direct but I have had a great experience with Healthier Post and their product has been great. Hope that was helpful to you.

      • mary says:

When you finished taking them were you able to maintain your weight?im afraid that if I start taking them and then reach my goal and go off them that i’ll put on weight again faster. All i want to do is shift my love handles because normal exercise is not doing the trick :/

      • Darlene says:

Are you taking anything other than the African mango?

      • Evelyn Rivera says:

No, it is the African Mango because I am not taking the vitamins and my mood and energy level has increase. In two day I have lost .4 i am loving it

      • Ari says:

I just got mine in the mail, it only says “take 1 capsule twice daily” can you take it together? can you take it before bed? or in the morning? on an empty or full stomach??

it says nothing about when to take it, and you said you have been having it daily for 4 months so I was hoping you figured that out.

        thanks

    • Bekster says:

I ordered the African Mango Diet off the interent from the official website,

      I. They took the money out of my account.
      2. I NEVER received the product
      3. None of the phone numbers or email accounts work so I could never contact them
      4. I am not a HAPPY customer

      • Christina G. says:

Did you check out the scam warning about this? They did the same thing to me about a month ago. I never received the product and I was charged $99.50 and then another $100! Here is the scam warning: http://www.healthierpost.com/scam-warning/
You should call your bank and request a chargeback. That will make the company get in trouble for their deceitful practices. I wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone with that company so I just called my bank and requested a chargeback and got all of my money back. I hope African Mango Direct gets shut down for their scam!!!

      • N R says:

I ordered both the afican mango and the metaBurn off the website, i never recieved both of them and i got charged alot of money due to the order free risk trial not arriving in the 19 days. i found where to contact them and they both replied, the african mango site cancelled my order and sent me a free pottle for good will, not having much luck with the metaburn site

        • Navs says:

        • RB says:

          • IRIS says:

My free trials did not arrive in time to try, so I phoned and cancelled both orders The free trials did eventually arrive.

            The numbers I phoned were:

            African Mango – 00 1 888 706 4464

            Metaburn – 00 1 866 955 9126

            • GG says:

WHY IN THE HELL ARE ANY OF YOU GIVING THESE RIP OFF AND SCAM ARTISTS YOUR BANK INFORMATION IF THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE A “FREE” TRIAL?? FREE IS FREE. FREE DOES NOT MEAN HAVING TO PAY ANYTHING. IF THEY ARE ADVERTISING A FREE TRIAL, THEN IT SHOULD BE FREE, PERIOD! YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING OR ANYTHING ELSE, OTHERWISE IT’S NOT FREE. GET IT?? WHAT A DUMB THING TO DO. IT’S OBVIOUS THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE USING THE “YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING ONLY” SCAM AS BAIT! BAIT TO GET YOUR BANK INFO SO THEY CAN EXTRACT LARGE SUMS OF MONEY FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. I’M JUST SURPRISED THEY DIDN’T DRAIN ALL OF YOUR MONEY, SO CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY, AND LESSON LEARNED. REMEMBER, FREE IS FREE, 100% FREE!!

              • Sherry says:

Their free trial always wants you to pay for shipping and handling thus the account information. But seriously people don’t use cards connected to your bank account nor ones you don’t mind canceling as soon as the scammers try there thievery!

          • SAM says:

JUST CALL YOUR BANK AND REQUEST A CHARGEBACK. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO CALL THE COMPANIES BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL TAKE FOREVER TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK, IF YOU GET IT!!!

          • Jan says:

I received some African Mango from those re-bill auto-ship companies in the post and I don’t know why but my credit card was charged £55 GBP, it’s a complete rip off BE VERY CAREFUL

        • Donna says:

I too ordered both products, did not receive. Hounded them and got the monies back.

          • Gail says:

Be careful, I made the phone call & they were happy to cancel my order, I thought all was fine then found they had continued to remove money from my , I lost over $400

        • Debbie says:

Where did you find the details to contact them

        • ky says:

I too ordered the african mango it didnt arrive and i was charged $96au.
I contacted them and told them what i thought. They responded with we have cancelled your future orders and no more money would be coming out of my bank. I wanted my money back and they did try to give me the run around until i emailed my reply with i will go to a current affair and let it be known world wide that you are nothing but thieves. My money was put back into my account within 2 days. Funny that considering they told me i had to phone to try and get my money back…

        • Sherrell Miller says:

How do you contact these people I have recived 3 bottles of Meta burn and 2 bottles of African Mango and been charged I can’t find out where to contact them to cancel me mebership

      • Candy says:

    • Linda says:

I started taking the African Mango around the end of March 2012.. My beginning weight was 179 and I now weigh 132. No change in eating or excerise. Feel great!! Will probably start taking it every other day just to maintain my current weight.

    • annie says:

I have just received the product, but it doesnt say whether to take the 2 per day morning and night, or together, or with food …….. any clues?

    • Washington. says:

You can not expect that the effectiveness timeline will be the same for everyone. People are different and so are our bodies. For instance, not all medication prescription and dosage work uniformly across the whole of humanity. Take a breathe, continue following advise but a discouraging postulation is not something you should heed. Even though one should not expect on empty hopes, there is always a breakthrough but despair is not one of them. To it, add other activities that will supplement to your quest and generate a kind of a synergy. Got it?

    • Hank says:

Yes, I’ve been lucky enough to have lost weight with no side effects. I’ve been taking Healthier African Mango and I have already lost 13 pounds. There are no jitters and just more energy. I’ve even noticed an increase in my libido. Not sure if this is the reason but whatever it is, I’m very happy with my progress so far.

    • Sara says:

I take this with Healthier Green Coffee Bean and I’ve lost 15 pounds already. Combining both really helps with speeding up the weight loss.

    • Beth says:

I bought African Mango Diet ‘LEAN’ at Wal Mart and have been on it for 3 weeks now. I lost 15 pounds already and I am feeling great. I would recommend it to anyone.

    • Marv says:

Like Hoodia, I feel the benefits when cleansing, with soup and juice, while exercising the most. I gave it to an overweight friend while walking the other day, and he could not tell a difference. I had already been fasting for 24 hours and felt the difference right away. A nice boost and it jump starts the shedding of punds as well for me. Kills the food cravings for me as well. I actually prefer it over hoodia more so now because I do not get the nervous jitters. I use “only natural” which I bought from Earth Fare in Chattanooga TN. Hope this helps.

    • Kaya says:

Hey guys you can find this in few chemists in NZ but i suggest have a good look around :) I got this from Glenfield Plarmacy

  2. beth says:

African Mango is not just all hype. It really works with it’s antioxidant properties and it’s ability to speed up your metabolism. The articles I’ve read say that it really helps with suppressing your appetite. I’m sure we will all hear much more about it in the future as it is featured more on TV shows.

    • Tom says:

Which works better for these, pills or capsules? I’ve found both online in my searches.

    • Leonard says:

I’m starting to hear more about African Mango and one of my co-workers just lost 10 pounds on it. Thinking about giving it a try…..

      • JP says:

You should give it a try. I’ve had success with it but I know each person is different but it’s definitely worth a try!

      • Matt says:

When I was on the African Mango diet, I was so surprised by how my appetite was suppressed. I’m a meat and potatoes guy and I love burgers and fries so I was really nervous about not being able to lose any weight. After 3 days of taking the pills, I noticed I had more energy and I didn’t crave bacon and hash browns in the morning (my wife is a great cook and she always make a huge breakfast- maybe that’s why I gained all of this weight) I was able to go through my day and not feel hungry all the time like I did before. I even started eating healthier, like grilled chicken and some salads and I was also able to cut sodas out. I took it for 2 months and lost 40 pounds. I am very happy with the results and I continue to take 1 capsule a day for the extra energy. This diet really made me realize that I needed to make changes in my life and I am much healthier now after I tried it. My wife is actually going to start on it too so we will both continue this healthier lifestyle.

        • Kelley King says:

Thank you for that comment. I’m a “farm girl” so loved my bacon and eggs, just like you did.
I am definitely giving this a try, based on your excellent comments.

        • Georgia says:

I am happy to hear how great this worked for you. I am looking to lose 40 pounds. Please tell me how many pills a day and when is the best time to take them…I just got my bottle is starting tomorrow.
          Hope it works for me

          • Matt says:

Hi Georgia, the instructions said to take 2 capsules a day. I split mine up and took 1 capsule first thing in the morning (6 AM for me) and then 1 before lunchtime (11:30 AM) I found that taking it before lunch really helped me to eat less at lunch and I wasn’t hungry all day like I used to be. Hope that was helpful to you.

            • KP says:

Is there a specific brand that is better I see everyone says order from healthier post but what about Amazon? Also do you have to have the meta burn too?

              • nicole says:

Be careful! I am reading about people being scammed! I am scared I have just been scammed myself… I wish I did my research first! That will teach me to be such a darn compulsive buyer. fml

        • Jennifer says:

Where do you buy your mango pills?

        • ms.Jackson says:

which brand did you decide to try that worked for you and where may i find this?

        • Sherry says:

Thanks for the positive comments Mike but everyone needs to remember that skipping meals will screw up your metabolism so be sure you still eat. Preferably 6 small healthy meals a day!

        • Donna says:

You sound like a commercial for them :) I LOVED IT !! It is good to read others having good results. I am scared to do this on-line.. everyone says oh use the right one.. don’t use the scam.. but no one says ” This is the website I ordered my items from and I received them all and didn’t get extra money taken out” Anyone want to share the positve website info on here?

Again I loved reading what you wrote :)

        • jillian says:

thanks for the positive story matt! i love hearing about success stories from others with the same problem. i’ve been struggling with my weight since i was 13 so it really helps to hear good news form other users. just ordered my bottle so hopefully i get the same results!

    • Malcolm says:

The acai berry Is also good for weight loss it also speeds up your metabolism and suppresses your appetite and is the most powerful antioxidant you can get other than seaweed. I have found that it helps with my arthritis and my immune system.

    • Karen says:

They do not suppress your appetite! Only on day 3 and taking as instructed – do not feel increase in energy yet and not suppressing my hunger much! Hope it is going to make a difference in a couple of weeks with all the other magic ways it’s supposed to work!

      • Sherry says:

I appreciate your honest opinion as I’m very close to making a trip to Whole Foods to buy some but don’t want to fall for it like everyone did for Acai drinks. However, you emphatically stating “it does not suppress your appetite” should be “I didn’t find it to suppress my appetite”. Everyone wil react to supplements differently just as they do to prescription drugs, etc. but it is good to share both the good and bad that you find in a product as others are desperate not to fall into same trap regarding money or pills that don’t work on them as advertised.

        • G. says:

Well, it’s helping me after one night of taking them. I bought them last night took one and after I ate was in the bathroom getting rid of toxins. I’m not hungry this morning at all.

  3. Sally says:

African Mango is a good weight loss aid but it also helps with many other conditions. It is very useful for removing toxins and helping to reduce LDL, your bad cholesterol. I run my own dance studio and I heard about it from a few of my girls in my class. I’ve tried the cleanses but I like the daily supplements more.

    • Keanu says:

which works better, the lean or the cleanse?

      • Sally says:

The cleanse works well for a quick jump start for weight loss but then switching to the lean will help you maintain a healthy weight.

        • Nick says:

Will this product cause a person go to the “john’ more?

          • Sheryl says:

If you take any form of African Mango in a cleanse, yes it will make you go to the bathroom more as it is a detox. But you should be find if you just take an African Mango supplement.

    • Molly says:

I took African Mango for 3 months and lost 35 pounds on it. The thing that I was most happy about is that my blood sugar and LDL levels improved while I was on the diet. My doctor was so surprised when he reviewed my labs with me and told me that everything looked excellent now. He asked me what I was doing differently and I just told him that I was taking African Mango, walking 30 minutes each day and eating grilled proteins and I cut out all fried foods. He was very impressed and proud of me for doing this for my health. I am so happy with the results and I have recommended this to everyone I know who have health problems and are overweight. This is amazing and definitely worth it.

      • kb says:

Was thinking about starting the lean supplement for high LDL levels. How many capsules per day did you start off taking?

        • Molly says:

I took 2 capsules a day both first thing in the morning. This is by far the purest and the best African Mango I have found.

          • Sherry says:

Molly you say it’s the purest you found but I don’t believe you told us where you found it or what company made it so we can make an informed choice. That’s for your helpful advice!

          • Rayna says:

I’ve lost 25 lbs.in a couple months! But you DO have to start cutting back on the all the carbs and sugar, processed foods and junk you eat!I took baby steps.Try making healthier choices and drink lemonade with real lemons! It’s cleansing-and it works for me!

        • Brian says:

This product really does for for lowering your LDL. I was shocked after taking it for 2 months how much my LDL had gone down. It’s really good stuff and I’m a believer for life.

      • Anne says:

I would also like to know how many capsules you take a day and how often? Thank you

        • Molly says:

I take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 before lunch. I’ve been on them for over 5 months now and I still feel great.

          • Hillary says:

Yeah that is the same regimen i do, and its been a few months. Lost a good amount of weight, and my energy level is still high!

            • Janice says:

Awesome, congrats Molly and Hilary! I am going to place my order for african mango today with healthier post. Thank you guys for the encouragement :)

        • H. Kane says:

You can take both in the morning or split them up as mentioned in the post below. It also depends on how many mg of African Mango you are getting. I take mine both in the morning and they last me all day.

      • Rosie Webb says:

Please will you tell me if you have had any problems with the supply of product or charging of your account for the products?
        thanks

        • Molly says:

No, I’ve never had any issues with them for over charging me. I’ve been ordering from them for over a year and I’ve never had any issues. Fast shipping and friendly customer service :)

  4. evelyn says:

where can you purchase this african mango?

  5. Amber says:

I’m seventeen, going to be eighteen in a few months, and I wanted to know if using this would be a wise choice.. Should I consult with a doctor, even with parental consent?

    • Gloria says:

I would probably check with your physician just to be safe but African Mango is safe to take. It’s just like a daily vitamin except it provides antioxidants, which are good for you, and you lose weight as a bonus. I’ve been using it daily for over a year and have had no problems. Just more energy and being able to maintain my weight.

      • patricia says:

yep that is my concern. i take blood pressure & anti anxiety meds and wonder about any drug interactions

        • kimmy says:

hi pat, i have high blood pressure too and i’ve been taking this and i’ve been fine on it. it seems to have lowered my blood pressure too so that’s a plus.

        • Luke says:

This will not affect your anxiety medication. It will actually help to decrease your blood pressure naturally so you may even be able to get off the meds.

    • Sue says:

I have been on it for over 2 months and I feel great. I have never had so much energy before and I love that I can wake up in the morning and be excited about they day. I’ve also lost 15 pounds already. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to lose weight and gain energy!

      • Divya says:

        Hey Sue,

Thank you for sharing your feedback about the supplements. However, I have some concerns and want to someone who has been on these supplements to answer my questions. This is because, everyone is only commenting on if they lost weight or not. My questions are:

        1) since you posted your comment in 2011 and now it is 2013, are you still taking these supplements? what are you doing to maintain your current weight?

        2) Are there any side effects of the these pills? If it is a natural pill, I am assuming that it shouldn’t have any side effects during the use and even after I stop.

        3) What if I reach my target weight and stop consuming the supplements? Will I return to the same stage from where I started/ probably gain even more weight?

        4) When you lost weight, did you lose it around your bust and butt as well? I already have a small bust, and I am extremely scared if I will lose my weight in both those areas. Also, Could you please explain a little bit more about what changes you noticed in your physical appearance?

        5) Did you also cut out all fried food from your diet? I love my nachos and chicken tender and still want to enjoy them in limited quantities. :$

Reading all positive comments, I am excited to try it out but I am genuinely worried about these questions…

please help! thank you so much :)

    • sue ellen says:

African mango is a natural supplement so it is just like taking Vitamin C. Is it safe to take and does not adversely interact with any drugs or medical conditions.

      • Betty says:

Hi Sue I am breast feeding so I was wondering if it is safe. I did a lot of research but I couldn’t find anything about for breast feeding people.
        Thanks

        • Sue says:

@Betty The bottle I take says women who are pregnant or breast feeding should not take this product. You may have to wait until you are done with that :(

  6. Echo C. says:

African Mango is great for detoxification and lowering your LDL cholesterol. I’m a Yoga instructor and I recommend it for all of my students, especially for my overweight students looking to live a healthier life. It gives you energy and helps to suppress your appetite which are 2 key things that I think you need in order to have success with weight loss. Along with exercise (Yoga is great of course) and a healthy diet, African Mango can really help you lose the weight and keep it off while offering you the antioxidants that you need. I’ve taken it for over a year and I swear by this stuff. You have to try it before you can judge that it does not work.

  7. ron says:

    african mango is legit!

  8. Helen says:

I have had african mango for 3 days now… I swear I felt changes in the first few hours… I’ve noticed the appetite suppressant qualities and I’ve certainly got more energy.

  9. Sandy says:

Have purchased the free trial african mango however it has never arrived and then to add to the insult they charged my card for another months worth. Not happy

    • Bruce says:

Where did you buy it from? I get mine from Healthier Post and they only charge you $39.97 once for a bottle. They don’t do any free trials or auto shipments. You should really be careful because they are a lot of companies out there that lure you in with that then they keep charging your card. You should check what company it is from and try Healthier Post as they are legit and honest. No re bills!

      • zak says:

I also got mine off the same website.. I recieved my bottle in 2 days, and was charged 46 bucks including shipping and handeling. I already feel a difference.. excited to see some changes hopefully!

    • Joanne says:

I also purchased the free trial african mango and it too has never arrived. I have also been charged for a months supply worth $95.40 which I still havent received.

      • Sandy says:

You guys should check out the scam warning on this. I was scammed by a company called African Mango direct that offered a free trial along with MetaBurn and they started charging my card for products I did not want and did not receive. I though it was Healthier Post but when I checked with my bank, the bill said “African Mango Direct.” I would suggest that you check with your bank to see which company scammed you and request a charge back and they will give you your money back. Here is the scam warning: http://www.healthierpost.com/scam-warning/ Hope this helps :(

        • Emma says:

So Glad to read your comment,I received an invitation via face book for Africian mango together with meta burn last night , when reading the article I really was impressed by the results, I was also offered the free trial but decided not to avail . As a full time professional working mum of 3 , I am carrying post baby weight but have no energy left at the end of the day , the benefits of African Mango are of extreme interest to myself . I want 2012 to be my year to become a happy yummy mummy instead of a tired chubby mummy!!

Do you need to take Meta burn with the African Mango for best results ?

How much should i expect to pay?

          • Glenda says:

NO, you do not need to take Metaburn or whatever it’s called with it to get results. The whole combo thing they have is just a scam to enroll you into an auto shipment program that you can never get out of! I fell for the “free trial” offer and got scammed working with “African Mango Direct” and I just was able to get it cleared up with my bank. An Indian lady called me too and she kept pressuring me to sign up again with free this and free that but I knew she was lying because I was already out $100! I ordered my African Mango from Healthier Post and it has been great. Losing weight steadily and they are a reputable company and will NEVER charge you for more than you ordered or want. You should definitely try them out and make sure you are ordering from them instead of African Mango Direct! Worst experience ever!!!!!

          • Tom says:

            Hi,

Don’t suppose you still have the facebook message do you please?

I have been scammed too, but can’t find where I originally went online to buy them.

            Thanks,
            Tom

        • Suzanne says:

Thank you so much for posting this link re scam warning. I also looked at the direct company offer through facebook, filled in the order form and then chickened out at the last minute. Before I knew it I had an idian lady ringing me asking why I never completed my order. She had the gift of the gab and talked me into continuing on … she tried entering my credit card details while I was on the phone and it kept coming up with some error message … when that wouldn’t work she asked me if my husband or other family member had a card I could try!! i was completely put off after that.
Glad I stumbled across this website. I’ll look into purchasing it from healthierpost

          • Monica Griego says:

that same lady called me too.i told her i was broke and couldnt afford it,and if it was free then she wouldnt need my credit card.she never called again.

      • Christine says:

I just recieved my African Mango after ordering on the 23/11/11 from the trial website. Fortunately I had read the small print which stated that you can cancel within 19 days of placing your order. Which I did thank goodness. I will be purchasing from the healthierpost.com, much safer

        • Gail says:

I am trying to cancel mine as I was charged for a free trial, how do I do this cannot find anywhere on website to do this?

          • Susie says:

Just call up your bank and request a chargeback. That is the quickest way to stick it to the scammers at African Mango Direct and Metaburn!!!!!

        • ema says:

Hi, Christine, i have just gave my details and ordered trail, very worried now!how did you cancel, email???

      • Sue Thompson says:

Just call your bank and request a chargeback. The bank told me that the companies get negatively impacted by this with their processing so if you call your bank and expose their illegal practices, hopefully they will be shut down! African Mango Direct is a scam! Don’t order from them! Healthier Post is a much more reputable company and their customer service reps actually speak English! That’s where I get my African Mango from now. Hope that helps.

  10. african mango says:

African Mango is healthy? Seems like everyone is talking about it.

  11. Angelina Janissen says:

can the african mango make your skin itichy, and when does it start two work 2 weeks or more?

    • Marilyn says:

I’ve heard about a rash and headaches as side effects. The rash is most likely from toxins being removed from your system as some may be exiting from your skin. The headaches are from your body adjusting to the supplement but they should go away after a few days. Try to take the supplements with something in your stomach versus an empty stomach. When I was on it, I felt a difference after 3 days and I started losing weight after a week. It may be different for different people.

    • Barbara says:

I got a rash too on my chest after 5 days on it but it went away after a few days. My friend that recommended this to me said that it is from the toxins that are being removed from your system.

  12. lythyll says:

I just started taking African Mango together with Sea Buckthorn supplements Dec. 17 Saturday and already lost 5.5 lbs. It really suppress my appetite and rejuvenate my skin. I tried almost all diet pills for weight loss so far this is the only products that really worked for me. I highly recommend these products it’s Amazing!!

    • jill says:

I was trying to decide which of these supplements to take for weight loss and wondered if they could be taken together as well. Which products have you taken and where did you get them? What made you decide to take them together?

    • tammy says:

what is in the sea buckhorn supplements? is it something that helps with the african mango?

      • jill says:

They were both mentioned on the Dr. Oz show for weight loss. Sea Buckthorn has an omega-7 fatty acid that signals the body to stop storing unncessary fat and also assists in sending fat loss signals. Read about both of them in the cover article in the Jan 2, 2012 issue of First for Women magazine from the supermarket.

    • mel says:

where did you get the sea buckthorn from? i’ve been trying to find it through a reputable dealer.

  13. kanaiym says:

I read somewhere that african mango supplement contains 200mg caffein, and it. Is like 3 cup of coffee. So my question, is that true. If its true I don’t think its healthy, I wouldn’t wanna even try it with that much caffein.

    • Sarah says:

The African Mango supplement I take has 50 mg of caffeine per serving (2 capsules). It’s equivalent to a cup of coffee. I don’t feel jittery or anything on it. I just feel like I am more awake and have more energy.

  14. razia says:

i just want to know is gelatin halal or not coz really really want to use it

    • bonita w. says:

The pills come in capsules that help you to digest them more quickly. African Mango is a great product and definitely worth a try.

    • amanda says:

      Hey Razia,
The brand I use is from Global Nutrition and I picked it up at my local health food store. The gelatin capsule is Halal and Kosher certified.

    • Kaleb says:

The capsules I take are vegetarian along with the gelatin that is in it.

  15. shaz says:

I live in Auckland what shops sell it …lov to try it!

  16. debbie says:

Just started taking African Mango 5 days ago. Wow, what a difference. Lots of energy. Better attitude, and very little appetite.

  17. kelsey says:

Healthier African Mango…is that the real stuff???

    • April says:

Yes, I researched it online and it contains pure African Mango extract and IGOB131. Be sure that you are buying the real deal because if it does not contain IGOB131, it’s not real African Mango. I’ve been taking the Healthier African Mango Lean for 2 months and I love it! Best African Mango out the for the concentration and the price.

  18. Eric says:

I ordered a trial bottle Dec 21/11 Cellan and Coleanse, never received the triall bottles, but they have already charged me $69 an $89.52 on Jan 5/12 for another order. Just canceled and hope that it is canceled and won’t cause additional problems.

  19. celeste says:

just bought some online and have used it for two days. It is a strong appetite suppressant, and I am never hungry! i took it at 7am with my normal breakfast and i didn’t feel hungry till 10.30. normally i get hungry around 8.3-ish. That was on the first day. second day today i ate breakfast at 7 am did not feel hungry till 11.30. i have also lost 250gram since i started two days ago, but that will be due to my diet and exercise program, although i don’t normally drop weight that fast so i think the african mango i am using is helping. haven’t noticed any side effects yet.

    • Shannon says:

What type of exercise regime and diet are you on? I just received my bottle today and I’d like to exercise and eat better with it. I figured that would give me the best chance of losing this weight!

  20. luz says:

hi, just order the product and am very anxious, I have 46 years old and weight 210 lbrs. I have great faith that gives me good results as you all.
get advice, as I take the product
    I’m desperate

    • carmen says:

Hi Luz, I’ve been using the African Mango Lean for over a month now and I have lost 12 pounds. I am so happy with the results so far and I plan on ordering a few more bottles. Stay strong, try to exercise and eat healthier while you are on it and you will lose the weight. You will not be disappointed! :)

  21. Judy says:

Has anyone tried the liquid African Mango and does it interfer with high blood pressure medications?

    • gail says:

My friend tried the liquid form but she didn;t see any results. The juice is not as concentrated as the capsules. You should probably try the capsules instead to make sure you are getting the most out of the supplement.

  22. riki says:

I have been taking african mango for 3 days now and have had a headache for 3 days..Hoping it will subside soon and my body gets use to it..Jus wondering do you need to exercise while taking african mango???

If so i better get back to the gym….

    • chris says:

I don’t think you have to exercise with it but I’m sure if you exercise and eat healthy while you are taking this, you will probably lose a lot more weight.

  23. Lindsay says:

My dad bought it from African Mango Direct with the bonus meta burn and they’ve charged him $500. The card was connected to his bank account and he had to actually close his bank account to stop the payments from being taken out. Be careful who you buy from!!!

  24. Trenese says:

Just got mine in the mail today…….let’s see what happens!

  25. Roxanne says:

I started taking african mango about 3 days ago. I could really tell a difference It really took my appetite away.

  26. kath says:

Can anyone advise what the difference is between African Mango Lean and African Mango cleanse, as seen on the Healthier post website? i’m a bit confused as to which one is the best to start with!!!!!

    • Silvia says:

The African Mango Lean is for weight loss and the African Mango Cleanse is more so for detoxification but it does help with weight loss too. I order from Healthier Post too and I get the African Mango Lean. It’s been great so far.

  27. Huw says:

I have lost aproximately a kilo a week over the last five weeks. I was over 100 kilos (I am 5 foot 7 inches) and now I am under 100.

I didn’t follow any silly fad diets though and the idea of losing weight without exercise is just ridiculous.

I walk for just half an hour every day. I have cut soft drinks and sweets out of my diet and save biscuits, cakes and other such items for special occasions, like birthdays.

Email me If you want to learn the other aspects of my diet.

    :)

Don’t fall for fads. Diet is for the rest of your life.

    • Barb says:

I have tried everything possible to lose weight and I have never been successful. I have a thyroid problem and I exercise 1 hour a day 7 days a week, I only eat 700 calories a day, no junk food or sweets and I still do not lose weight. I have been using African Mango for the past 3 weeks and I have lost 5 pounds so far. This product has been life changing for me and I am excited to see how much more I can lose on it with my regular routine. You were lucky enough to have a normal metabolism so I’m sure exercise and eating healthy has been enough to help you lose weight. Some of us are not as fortunate with our condition and I just want to let others out there know who struggle like I do that African Mango does work and has helped me.

      • Pat says:

You probably have not lost any weight because you are definately not eating enough. 700 calories a day is starving yourself and you won’t lose anything that way. I also have a thyroid problem and when I was consuming around 800 calories a day I was losing nothing. Increase your calories and keep them healthy and drink lots of water, since you already excercise so much and don’t eat junk you will be sure to lose the weight quickly if you just eat more.

        Good luck!

      • Cantara says:

@ Barb, I have been reading through this blog and had no intentions on posting any comments until I read your post! I am a recovering anorexic ( the reason I say recovering, is that I am of the belief that eating disorders fall under the category of addictions. Therefore, those of us who have indeed practiced in the past, and live to tell about it {anorexia has the highest morbidity rate of all the psychiatric diagnosis, and one of the worst prognosis or recovery rates. So I consider myself blessed to be here, alive and writing this post!} as I was saying, those of us who live to tell about it, will have to battle this addiction or coping mechanism for the rest of our lives!).

Now that I have said all of that, you are probably wondering why? Well several reasons for sharing (wich I RARELY DO!!!). If you are eating a mere 700 cal a day? As Pat said, this IS WITHOUT A DOUBT 100% hands down the reason your body is not cooperating with you and your weight loss goals!!!! You are riding the cusp OF BECOMING AN ANOREXIC YOURSELF! Your body is in starvation mode so it is holding on to whatever calories you do feed it, because it doesn’t know when or if it will be fed again? Furthermore, it is likely that your body is beginning to feed off of your lean muscle and may be storing some of your meals as fat? What I am saying, is that…you may be unknowingly decreasing your lean muscle ratio and increasing your body fat just by not eating enough! ( I am an aerobics instructor an former personal trainer, with AFFA certifications). ANYTIME YOU GO BELOW 1000 CALORIES A DAY? YOU ARE PUTTING YOURSELF AT RISK OF DAMAGE, YOUR BODY WILL GO INTO STARVATION MODE!!!! I suggest one of two things if you are serious about loosing weight? Find a nutritionist and go for a consult to help you get started! This is covered by many insurance plans, and is a benefit that often goes unused. If you do this, remember to shop! You wouldn’t buy the first pair of shoes you saw, do the same with your providers….ask questions and lots of em.

Finally, if you want to try something different? There are quite a few sites online, I know of two off hand http://caloriecount.about.com/?utm_medium=redirect&utm_source=direct&utm_campaign=caloriecountcom. ) & (http://www.sparkpeople.com/landing_free_cal3.asp?gclid=CMb4_ImTirACFQaxnQodJz8FOQ) just copy and paste the links into your toolbar, don’t forget to remove the parenthesis, as I added those to seperated for clarity. However, both the sites and there are others easily found on a google search. I personally am partial to the first one ( calorie count.com) . This particular site will help you to determine a weight loss goal, the number of calories max and min. that you should be consuming in a day….also provides nutritional information, tools, recipes. This particular site also allows you to input each meal and each activity….from folding laundry and playing with the kids, to actual gym time, and yes even intimate time ; ) You get to see and track everything that goes in and everything that is burned! AND BEST OF ALL, USED PROPERLY…IT WILL HELP YOU FIND THE CORRECT NUMBER OF “SAFE” CALORIES TO CONSUME IN A DAY W/O PUTTING YOURSELF IN HARMS WAY!

As far as the mango goes….I just bought the extract in drops yesterday, and am going to a nutritionist myself today. Unfortunately, the years of abuse to my body absolutely RUINED MY METABOLISM! I now have between 50-70 lbs to loose and don’t expect it to be easy. I really appreciate everyone’s comments, and pray this stuff gives me that added boost!

I apoligize for such a lengthy post, but I know fad diets and calorie restriction ” to loose a few pounds” is all the rage. But I want EVERYONE to know, they are playing WITH FIRE!!! THIS IS HOW I GOT STARTED IN MY TEENS….it wasn’t till I was in my mid twenties, I was being told by a doctor that I was just weeks from my organs shutting down, and the reason I was starting to have trouble with my memory etc., was because ” my body was starting to feed off my brain, as it was the only available fat source left”! I think this mango is something legit, and I am excited about it! My prayer is that this post helps just one person? That is all! Please PLEASE be careful, God only gives us one body….I sure wish I hadn’t trashed mine early on, just to be super skinny! Now, I am anything but! And would be happy with normal!

Ps if you don’t believe me? Google actor Matt Damon, and some of the things he has to say about dropping weight via starvation diets such as yours? He has ruined his adrenal glands and done irreparable damage to his body as well! Good luck to all with the mango! I am excited to see what happens?

    • Sherl says:

HUW, can you please provide your email address, so I can learn from you? Thanks.

    • Divya says:

      Hey Huw,

Please do let me know more about your diet. would love to know. Is it really important to cut all fried items? I am a food lover, and as much as I realize the importance of cutting out fatty foods, I always have hard time cutting out the foods I love :(

      Also, couple more questions:
      - Are you still taking these supplements?
      - I have been reading about some side effects of taking these supplement. Did you face the same? and what were they?
      - Will these pills make my bust smaller? This highly concerns me as I already have a small bust. At the same the time I want to maintain the curves in the right places. Please explain a little bit more about the changes in your physical appearance that you noticed!
      - What if I stop taking these supplements after I reach my desired weight? Will it have a negative impact on me?

Please help as I am desperate to use these pill, but need some advice from current users..

      Thank you so much :)

  28. Dale Beerman says:

My wife and I just ordered some, I take blood pressure meds a statin and a baby aspirin at night is there any harm using the extract with my meds?

    • mandy says:

If you bought pure African Mango, it should not interfere with any meds or conditions. It is all natural and safe to take along with any daily vitamins.

  29. Helen says:

This reminds me of the Acai Berry phase that hit the shows a few years back. Everyone was rushing to get that and there were just as many scams out there with Acai Berry as there is with the African Mango. They are now saying that the Acai Berry does NOT work. I would love to try the African Mango, IF I knew for sure that it works. I’m on several medications, due to heart attacks and stent placements just a few months ago, and have gained nearly 40 pounds. I hate it and so want to loose it. What’s to say that, in a year or so, it will be said that there is no truth to this as well … ??? Does it really work, or is it all in someone’s head? They “think” it will work and therefore it “does” work? Is it just a physiological thing? Just saying……

    • Sandra says:

I’ve taken Acai in the past and I lost 30 pounds and I still take it as a daily supplement along with my other vitamins. Who is saying that the product doesn’t work? It is a great supplement for antioxidants and it gives you more energy. I’ve been using it for over 3 years now.

  30. patty says:

I having been taking the Healthier African Mango supplement for 2 weeks now ever since I saw it on the Dr. Oz show and I have lost weight. I love Dr. Oz so I trust his advice and try not to miss his show.

    • Cammie Lynn says:

I agree. He has been so helpful with his recommendations and he would never take any money for telling us what is healthy for us. Outstanding person in my book.

  31. Jessica says:

I was a 112 ks about 4 weeks ago, I am now 100.4 kg. I just changed what I eat and do a 20 minutes work out without weights 6 days a week, I am feeling great and I am getting addicted to exercise, I eat only fresh food and no packaged stuff at all, I watch my calorie intake everyday,

No need for supplements as eating right and exercise will do, I plan to lose 25 to 30 kg in the next 3 months,.

    Now don’t be lazy

  32. Charlotte says:

This is the first day taking African Mango capsules. It was recommended to me by my brother, who is a truck driver, i will say no more. I am looking forward to the results that many of you have had. I quit smoking 3 months ago, and I have been gaining weight in leaps and bounds.

  33. Debbie says:

I too have order the Metaburn and African Mango and have not received them, I have been able to contect them and they have been conversing and promised more tablets to be sent ….as yet still waiting

    • Maureen says:

Same as you I ordered Metaburn and African Mango have paid $102.00 still have not received anything I have contacted them twice once to cancel on 17.1.2012 received email from them to say it had been cancelled and another to say address was wrong and another had been sent . Rang again last week assured me it was on the way I’m not holding my breath in future I will be very carful with trials.

  34. Julia says:

    Hi,
After I read the many positive comments I decided to give the african mango a try.
So today I placed an order for 4x african mango slim and received a free colon cleanse.
Not sure exactly how long products will take to reach me in western australia but will keep you updated.
I hesitated after reading all the negative feedback people had with scams while trying to obtain this product.
However I decided to order mine through healthier post :)
Best of luck for everyone who is willing to give it ago and many thanks to all those that have and written about their experiences.
    Kind regards,
    Julia in Western Australia.

  35. Adina says:

Just wonder why Dr. Oz endorses it, as, as a doctor, he should not. For money…maybe? African Mango???? Maybe “African” Sibutramine????? Can anyone believe this “rare African mango” business? No.

    • michelle says:

no, he makes plenty of money from his show. he does not do it for the money I believe. I’m grateful that he shares such great products with the public. he is a good person and i love watching his show.

  36. Brook says:

I’m fourteen, almost fifteen and am REALLY considering taking this. It sounds very beneficial… what do you think???

    • Renee mm says:

Hi Brook, this supplement is all natural and I’ve been taking it for over 4 months with no side effects but I would probably just call your doctor and check with them to see if it is OK for you to take. I did the same thing and my doc said “yep, I’m on board with anything Dr. Oz recommends” and that he had heard success stories from some of his other patients on this supplement. I’m sure it will be fine but it is better to be safe :)

  37. ADELLE says:

Okay, now I am really confused – do I buy liquid, pills or the drink – any work better than the other and what strength is best?????
. I live in central queensland so which one is going to arrive this year???????????????? And yes I did order the freebies, and yes, I’m still waiting for them – so I wait no longer – gotta get serious. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Melanie says:

You should buy the capsules as it contains the most concentrated amount of the African Mango extract. You would have to drink A LOT of juice to get the same concentration as the capsules. They also absorb quicker than the pills.

  38. Bea says:

Free trial what a scam ,you still get charged if you dont contact them in 19 days!

  39. Carol G. says:

This stuff is truly AMAZING! I’ve tried so many different diet products before and just 4 days in, I can really feel a difference. I’m on a low carb diet and also exercising with this and I’ve already lost a pound! I may be over excited about the one pound weight loss but I NEVER lose any weight and I really just feel so good on this. I’m excited to see what’s to come with this product.

  40. Tanya says:

How do I take african mango and metaburn together and is it a safe combo as advertised

  41. Denise says:

Everyone has short term success posted – I’m wondering if anyone has been taking it for some time now and have you maintained your loss or does it turn out to be like any other fad diet?

    • Ligia says:

I’ve been taking this for over 6 months now and I’ve kept the 30 pounds weight loss off. I’m still taking the supplement because I love the way I feel on them. I just cut the recommended dose in half. I will probably continue to take them just because I feel great on them. I’m so glad I decided to take a chance with this after seeing this on Dr. Oz.

  42. irene says:

sounds amazing . like to try it

  43. Judy says:

I’ve been scammed too, having had $182.85 taken from my bank account. I intend going back to my bank for a chargeback from these creeps and as soon as I get my money back, I will order from Healthier Post as I am currently disabled, unable to exercise because of my disabilities, require second hip and knee replacements and could well afford to drop up to 100 lbs if ever I hope to walk normally again. I was really hoping for excellent results but didn’t realise this was a scam. Luckily when I exceeded the trial period and non delivery of products and money was removed from my account, I cancelled my Visa Card immediately. I will try again depending on visiting my bank tomorrow.

  44. Claire says:

Well I finally received the pills. I don’t have any qualms buying from overseas as long as the company are genuine and their website secure, which Biovea the place I ordered my tablets from seem to be. It took a bit longer than it should have done for the pills to arrive but it was between the Christmas, New Year period so I put it down to that.

Hmmmmm well I started taking them last Friday (didn’t really stick to a structured eating plan on the weekend though). I definitely think they are curbing my appetite as I don’t feel as hungry, I hopped on the scales this morning and I’m down 1kg so not a huge amount but a loss nevertheless, but I have reinstated my exercise regime and have been walking/jogging every morning for about 45/50 mins and I am making a concerted effort to monitor very closely what I eat, so it might be a combination of all of that. I re read the dosage instructions yesterday that it says 1-2 tablets daily with meals and I’ve been taking 2 after my breakfast every morning, so it got me thinking that maybe I should be taking 1-2 with EVERY meal? Haven’t had any side effects from them either which is good.
I guess it’s only a week so I shall continue for the duration of the tablets and see what the longer term results are.

  45. Judy says:

I have lodged a chargeback request with my Bank and am waiting approval which I expect first thing Monday morning, following which, once I know I have succeeded, I intend ordering my Product immediately as I am very anxious to get started. I am sick of limping around in agony day after day. not to mention suffering extreme cramps throughout my body any time of day, especially when driving my car – very dangerous as there is no forewarning. I can’t wait!

    • simon says:

i bought mine on line with the buy 3 get 3 free for 150 aus. paid by paypal, is that one the scam

      • cathy says:

Did you recieve your African mango, cause I just ordered the same thing? Hoping it is not a scam but the real deal, can you let me know please!

  46. Lome says:

I ordered some African mango and they took the money out of my account,. The product has never arrived. I got a charge back and today I see they changed the name to “Family Safe Life” and tried to take out some more money. I have since destroyed the card that they have and have got a new card, and just put a block on everything from them

  47. Brittney says:

I WAS WONDERING FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE ORDERED THE AFRICAN MANGO FROM THE HEALTHIERPOSTS WEBSITE… HOW LONG BEFORE YOU RECIEVED IT???

  48. Jess says:

Ive read a lot about this diet and its impressive. I just wanted to know that if i buy it from healthier post then how long does it last and what do you take the capsules with? Thanks :)

    • Dan says:

Got my order from them in 2 days. I’m in Long Beach, CA and I think they say shipping runs 3-5 business days for U.S. orders.

  49. Paula Baron says:

I bought African Mango with decaf green tea….I have no thyroid and am on bloodpressure pills…With no thyroid it’s impossible to lose an ounce. Is there caffiene in the African mango itself? I’m afraid to upset thyroid levels or get really hyped up with energy. Hope someone will answer me.

Will Heathier Post products come or will it scam me like opther products??/

    • Sean H. says:

Mine came in 4 days including the weekend. I was afraid I would get scammed too but I tried it after reading the positive feedback from everyone on here. I’ve been on it for over 3 months and I’m done 25 pounds. Awesome stuff.

  51. erin says:

Does it harm the body in any wayy?

  54. Shawn says:

  55. Glenn Whalen says:

HI EVERY ONE, NEVER GO FOR A FREE TRIAL OFFER IT IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM PERIOD.

    GOOD LUCK

  56. Bonnie says:

I’m sensitive to caffeine in all products, tea, coffee, even chocolate – does Mango give you jitters like coffee can?

    • kayla says:

No, t will not give you jitters but you need to make sure what you are taking is real, pure African Mango. If it’s not, then I’m not sure but I know that the real thing does not make you feel jittery.

  57. stephanie says:

I had ordered a trial bottle of Cellan and it came to day and i was trying to get more info and discovered this site i just got off the phone with a rep canceling my membership. she seemed kind of spacey though and i plan on changing my account just to be safe first thing tomorrow. She said i could keep the product since i canceled within the first 16 days but she also tried convincing me to keep it her reasoning

    1. it takes 4-6 weeks to start physically seeing the results i can extend the trial longer
2 i can give you an additional discount so you get our lowest possible price

i declined both i really don’t want to risk getting charged i’m a single teenage mom and cant afford for that transaction to go through at the moment or ever considering it’s half the price through this provider and i have yet to read a bad review

  58. Brooksy says:

This scam “African Mango Direct”… are the pills you DO receive the real thing? or is it a placebo pill?? – I got scammed also but did receive one lot of the pills. Havn’t taken any as yet as by the time I got them in the mail i knew it was a scam and assumed so about the pills too.

    Anyone know?? Thanks!

  59. Judy says:

I got caught by the scammers too who promised all but delivered only a complimentary bottle of African Mango when I complained followed a week later with a Detox, not Metaburn either, and I quickly cancelled my Visa Debit Card when I was charged $182.85. I contacted Healthier Post by accident (wrong company) complaining bitterly only to be advised by two lovely ladies to approach my Bank telling them what had happened, request a chargeback with the result I received all my money back and then I placed my order with Healthier Post who I recommend thoroughly. They have been with me all the way and I have now received what I paid for, I control my order from now on, no money is taken from my Bank Account unless I order my products and being in Australia it took 17 days for delivery. I have started taking African Mango and it has made a very noticeable difference already. I am facing my second knee replacement and urgently need to lose a considerable amount of weight.. I was in agony and suffering cramps throughout my body at any given time (including driving my car), so I am thrilled to bits with the results so far. For those of you who have been caught out, please notify your Banking establishment right away, your Visa/Credit Card will be cancelled and you will be re-issued with a new card within days. Then, as soon as you are able, contact HEALTHIER POST, you can leave a message as indicated on this page and they will answer you within about 24 hours. They are extremely helpful and their service is excellent. Good luck! I’m so glad I found Healthier Post and I hope you all will be too.

  60. Rory says:

It sees that a lot of people are being scammed. I just bought African Mango Plus and I’m sure it’s not taking my money. I’m not sure if it works yet though. If anyone else has used this can you tell me if it works?

  61. Margaret Landry says:

    If I have crohn’s can I take african mango….??????

  62. Jenna says:

    Hi.
Is anyone here a little above average weight, looking to lose 5-10lbs and has tried the African Mangos? If you don’t have a lot of weight to lose is it safe to take?

    • Jamie says:

I am a bit overweight, and I decided to try African Mango. It has worked wonderfully for me. It’s perfect if you want to lose that extra five to ten, heck even more weight. I definitely recommend it.

  63. ali says:

is the african mango safe for me a 17 year old and my 58 year old grandmother? i heard great things about it just want to take precautions…… and will it interfer with my grandmothers meds like high blood

    • Susan says:

I have high blood pressure as well and I’ve been taking african mango and it has not interfered with my medications. My blood pressure has actually been running lower after I had been taking them for a month and my doctor was asking if I was doing anything different and the only thing I did differently is added this supplement to my diet. You should probably check with your doctor just to be safe about if you and your grandmother can take it and if he says yes, I’d say go for it!

  64. Rachel says:

Which website it the best to order this product from?

  65. fbooth says:

Please DO NOT buy African Mango tablets or any other “health” product from extmango.com. My husband ordered the inexpensive trial and agreed to the terms and conditions without reading the fine print. $550.00 dollars later I have just worked out that they have been direct debiting my credit card account for the past 3 months with only a couple of bottles to show for it. African Mango might or might not be healthy but this incident has caused my blood pressure to fly through the roof!!!
A valuable lesson – check out the scam websites before buying

    • janice says:

You guys should try Healthier Post. I’ve never had any issues with them and they even helped me get my money back from the scammers at African Mango Direct. They took the time to explain the product to me and I am very happy with my purchase with them.

  66. AJ says:

I’ve tried both the Raspberry Ketone (500 mg) and the African Mango. I’m on a regular diet and exercise regime and seemed to stay the same weight for the past two years. Then I started taking the raspberry ketone and I noticed results right away. I’m literally down inches on my waist and hips. I went from a size 29 to 27 and I feel energetic and seem to get fuller a lot quicker than before. I work out about an hour a day 5 days a week.

    • Jill says:

Yeah, that’s really what it comes down to. If you put in the effort this supplement will do wonderful things for you.

      • Lee says:

I have tried two bottles of the African Mango which i purchased through Healthier Post (i had no problems at all receiving the goods) but they don’t seem to work for me at first i did notice a difference to my appetite but that seems to have changed i do exercise, i only wanted to lose 5-10kg. Any suggestions as to why i am not having success. I am also not a junk food eater.

        • AJ says:

          Hi Lee,

Could it be the times you are taking it? I take one pill in the a.m. before breakfast (an hr before I eat) and then I do the same at dinner time. It says to take it half hour before going to the gym too, but I try to take only two pills per day as the bottles don’t come cheap and want to let the pills last as long as possible. I haven’t changed my work out routine. Maybe try the Raspberry Ketone if you can get it.

  67. bernice says:

surley the scanners are reading all of this i live in ireland and got ripped off to, leaving no money in my bank, am a so upset over it and i went to the bank and was told by them that i would have to contact them myself… i would if i had the deatils!!!!!! if anyone can help,………::::::::))

  68. Cantara says:

Does anyone know which is better or what the difference is between the African mango and the raspberry ketones? Obviously the raspberry must throw your body into ketoacidocis, which to the best of my understanding would be similar to the Atkins diet? But, I still don’t understand all the rage? How it started? Which is best? Can u take them both at the same time?

I keep looking for information but it is all so brief an anecdotal. Brief testimonials and whatnots. I can’t find any meat on the topic? Finally, I am using drops/extract purchased at my local pharmacy….the brand is Essential Source and their web site is MyEssentialSource.com does anyone know anything about this brand? They do make both products? Thanks again.

    • Emma says:

I’ve tried both products and I’ve had better success with Raspberry Ketones. I took African Mango for 2 months and lost weight but I plateaued after that. So I switched to Raspberry Ketones after seeing it on Dr. Oz and I’ve been losing again. I’m not sure how it works either but I remember hearing them say that it slices your fat cells in half so it makes it easier for your body to burn the cells. I order my pills from Healthier Post and their info page does a pretty good job of explaining how it works. You should check it out for more info: http://www.healthierpost.com/shop/products/Healthier-Raspberry-Ketone-Lean.html

BE Careful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i ordered the trial of african mango tablets and before the tablets had even arrived the American company had taken £47:76 from my bank account without me knowing! apparently i had subscribed to something tha i was un-aware of. I do expect a full refund and cant even tell you if the tablets work because i havent had time to start them yet!! Just be carefull ladies and gents

  70. Madihah says:

I just received my African Mango today in the mail. It only took 2 days to arrive. Wow! I’m really excited to take this adventure, but I must say I had plenty of good advise from this website comment section. I’m glad the comments were available to refer to, as well as, advise on giving the product time to work. I must confess I do want things to happen immediately, so thanks for sharing those comments. Here we go!

  71. JJ says:

I needed to lose 20 pound but lost $600 in the bargain. My purse felt much lighter which gave me more energy to get around and without the bulk of $600 strapped round my waist it reduced my dress size by two.
A happy customer although still waiting for the goodies I ordered back in October. Am I on the right site??????????????

    • lost 20lbs says:

      No, you’re an idiot.

HealthierPost.com doesn’t do auto-orders or rebill orders. I’ve actually lost 20 lbs thanks to african mango that I ordered from this site.

      http://www.healthierpost.com/scam-warning/

      • dita says:

        That’s a little harsh!
There’s a lot of scammers out there and being online is so much easier for them to take advantage of people’s desperation.
Everyone is too busy and wants a quick solution to lose 20lbs so we’re willing to accept a quick solution.
I ordered and got scammed, had to cancel my card, got in contact with them via ichat and i hope they will keep the promise to refund only SOME of the money they took from me.
Be careful where you order from and where you pass on your credit card details etc.
I haven’t had the chance to try them yet and I will, so after reading everyone’s experiences I will wait to see my doctor about these pills.
Thank you everyone for sharing your stories and good luck with your goals.

  73. Alexa says:

    Hi All,

i click the link on the womens health magazine website.

There is no free trial involve. They offered some other bunch of different packages such as buy 3 get 3 for free..

I went ahead and both the 3 bottles for $114.00 plus rush shipping of $35.00.

Now i was using a debit card connected to my bank account.

now 5 weeks later i still havent receive this product. I cant get in touch with them and within 5 weeks they have charged my card for 3 x $149.00. Rang the bank last thursday and cancelled my card. They sent me a form to fill out for a charge back onto my account as i have not authorised future debits as well as never received the goods..

SCAMMERS will never run out of ideas. taking advantage of people all the time…this is becoming a very sad world :(

  74. Kim says:

  78. Sharon James says:

Purchased African Mango Plus & Digest colon cleanser,as it was advised using the 2 together would work wonders for weight loss. When confirmation order was sent via email a warning came up saying my filters did not trust the web site which sent out alarm bells so i decided to do some investigating. This morning tried to track my order, was told order did not exist, then decided to call 1800 number supplied.Turned out office was closed and was told please call during business hours between 6.30am and 5pm,i rang at 10.30am .I sensed a scam, rang my bank, thank goodness no money had come out of my account as i was too quick for them i only only ordered a couple of days before.Had to cancel my card as they had all my details which meant they could help themselves to my savings.
From now on if i purchase via internet i will use a card with a limit on it or paypal.

  79. Sharon James says:

How many people on here are scammers?
They won’t admit it so they praise the product so you’ll buy it.
I actually believe through television reports that it is a great product and i would be more than happy to give it a go.
I feel on here that people believe its a good product it is just that some places selling it don’t actually exist they are pretending they do so you will give credit details and then they take your money.
Start selling the product in stores and i will buy it.

    • Keya says:

Hey Sharon…I’ve ordered through a company NutraBio online several times and I’ve never had any billing issues with them. You are giving the option to do Auto-Ship, but you choose the quantity you want and Auto-Ship is not mandatory. I just ordered African Mango through them, but have ordered other supplements from them as well. I hope this helps.

  80. Chelsea says:

I am planning to purchase the African mango pills today for the first time. Should I only buy one bottle to see how my body takes it the first month? Or should I go ahead and buy 3-4 bottles now? I have 25 pounds to lose.

  81. mj says:

I’m so scared that if I try this at a young age it would affect me when I’m older.. I really want to lose the weight. No matter how well I eat or how many times I workout I still have the flabs!

does the african mango pills diet reduce the size of your boobs?

  83. ted carroll says:

AFRICAN MANGO / african_mango@qweightlss.com AND ANYTHING SIMILAR IS A BIG FAT SCAM!!!!!

Before you order a ‘free’ trial sample, read african mango’s TERMS & CONDITIONS. These are lengthy and detailed and are HIDDEN away in tiny print at bottom of the site. Unless you read these carefully and abide by these terms & conditions, you will end up being charged hundreds of dollars and YOU can do NOTHING about it. Your bank will do nothing unless they have broken the terms & conditions and they are careful not to do that!

The TERMS & CONDITIONS involve a NEGATIVE OPTION, which means that UNLESS you make contact to inform them that you don’t want any more product, they will AUTOMATICALLY keep sending you this CRAP and debiting your BANK / CREDIT / CHARGE CARD account and this is perfectly legal.

THIS OPERATION IS A LEGALISED RIP-OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE ORDERING ANY PRODUCT THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE

  84. Patricia says:

Hi, I’m thinking of buying African Mango and before doing so wonder if it gives you “the runs”??!

  85. Sam says:

I have been taking African Mango for four days now. I bought them from a GNC vitamin and supplement store. With all the good reviews I was expecting something to happen fast; However I think I’m feeling more hungry than before, no energy change and I gained 3 pounds. How long does it take to notice results? How many a day were you taking and when? My bottle is black but I have seen several different types of the diet pill.

  86. Walter says:

    Does not work

    • Steve says:

I am 60, and I keep as fit as I can without being obsessed with it, but can;t get rid of my tummy. I bought African mango a week ago and followed the instructions to the letter. I have gained 2 kilos, my appetite is the same as before. This rubbish does not work.

  87. Barbara Holland says:

Hi everyone. I had the same problem with the money but I managed to get hold of the company and told them I knew my rights and I would report them to the branch of the Government that deals with these things and my money was refunded within 3 days. I also received the pills that I had not received and was told that if i wished to purchase more I would get them at 50% discount for the rest of my life. I have not bought anymore, however I had 3 bottles of the African mango and the Meta burn and i lost 16kg in 11 weeks. I have kept it off and it has changed my life. If you can find a good company to get them off I would highly recommend them.

  88. jennifer says:

i have been taking african mango for 4 days loss of appetite wich is great but bloated and have a hard time going can someone help

  89. Milly says:

I am an obese individual and weighed 118kg, I have no other co-morbidity as yet but a bucket load of fat to shed. After researching into this great break through on the African Mango product. I decided to give this a try but there’s so many to choose from. I ended up getting the AFRICAN MANGO PLUS AND the DIGESTIT Colon Cleanse because one promotes the other. I ordered 3months supply cause it was on special offer, within a few hours I got 2 confirmation for my orders via email and that was a good start I thought, but instead of saying 3 it says 1 on both confirmation. I email them back and clarify the order. I merely said to them please I want what I ordered and if they cannot deliver then please refund my money. They got back to me everything was cleared within a day, and two days later I got my product 3months worth of African Mango Plus and 3months worth of colon cleanse. I am just starting on the products now early days days yet. I’m following all the instructions on the bottles, I’ll be back here in 3 months time to share if it works for me exercise is also in my planning. See ya! then.

how old do u have to be to can take this!! ?? !! ??

  91. anonomous says:

me and my mother ordered this product from african mango plus website last night, its in a different bottle to yours and now im freaking out about all these people that were scammed, what should i do if we dont receive the product, are continuously charged etc. this 16 yr old is now officially scared.

    • anonomous too says:

I think I have the same product as you, there’s nothing you can do now, but use what you ordered accordingly
.Mine came in black bottles is yours the same?.

      1) Call your credit card Co or the bank and replace or cancelled your card very easy and simple.
      2) You only 16 are these for you or your Mama? I hope its for your Mama and for you good healthy eating
and a exercise plan, not diet pills and on the couch cause it doesn’t work like that.
All it is, these are manufactured by different companies. If its your money you worried about take my advice above and if its the pills then seek medical advice from your physician.
I have no regrets with my order, I’ll give it a go and see where it takes me, For anyone who uses diet supplements use them wisely and make sure you take plenty of water to protect your kidneys and your liver.

      Good Luck

  92. Keya says:

I just ordered African Mango Extract. Just like a lot of other people, I heard about the benefits on the Dr. Oz show. I ordered my supply from NutraBio. I’ve ordered from them in the past online and I’ve never experienced any billing issues with them. I also like their products because they are also gluten free. I would like to know how do we tell the difference in the products? The product I purchased is listed as high potency. I need to lose weight for both health and personal reasons.

    • anonomous too says:

Hi Keya, no one knows the difference because no one has taken 5 different brands at one time. I would say everyone is different and have had different outcomes from the product brand they chose. It is fair to say go with what you have chosen and see how it works for you.Gluten free? that’s a tricky one be careful, I know when my friend started her gluten free diet her weight just dropped enormously just by eating gluten free food. That company must be one of the good ones so lucky you for choosing the right one. I’m taking African mango from African mango plus so good so far I would like to hear how you go in 4 weeks time.
      Good luck.

  93. mama says:

is it safe to take african mango while nursing

  94. Healthy Helen says:

Absolutely no difference.. didn’t lose weight, didn’t feel healthier, didn’t have any noticeable increase in energy levels. if anything, I felt a little like I had before on high protein diets.. a little light-headed. I deliberately didn’t change my routine or my diet ( I go to the gym 3-5 times a week & eat modestly & healthily) and over 4 weeks there was ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE – either visably or on the scales..

My conclusion: A MARKETING SCAM. Save your money. Eat mainly raw foods & exercise regularly.

N.B. I’LL BE INTERESTED TO SEE WHETHER THIS GETS REMOVED FROM THE SITE – IE. IT HAS INTEGRITY
& IS OBJECTIVE – OR DISAPPEARS.

    Hi,

I have just ordered my first bottle of African Mango and Im very excited to get started with it! is there anything i should know before i start?
I have been training for almost a year now and m struggling with the last 10lbs to lose… My diet is fairly good and my main goal is to lose my belly fat. That is my problem area.

Im in Canadian, how long should i expect the shipping to take?

Any other info. would get helpful, this is my first time ordering any diet products at all.. especially on line and i am very nervous about it.

    Thank you

  97. teena says:

Ive been reading everyones comments about being scammed on this product, and my first thought was…and not to be mean, but why dont you get up and go to a vitamin store and get it instead of ordering it online? you would get the product right away, and be able to ask questions before making a decision to buy it, AND get some exercise. Ive tried listening to dr. oz for months, and have gotten the raspberry ketone, green coffe bean, and safeslim. tried them ALL seperately AND together with NO RESULTS OF ANY KIND! I have a normal exercise routine and did better at losing weight WITHOUT all of these supplements. I loss 60lbs just from WALKING! i only have 20lbs to lose, and thought that these supplements MIGHT help. WRONG! ill NEVER listen to ANYTHING dr oz says again!

  98. Brownie says:

    Hi,
I did the free trial order. Back in the beginning of October. Still haven’t gotten the bottles and I’ve been charged the Free trial. This was “Kenza Trim and Kenza Pure”. anyone heard of them??. Im really worried i will get charged.. or should i say my partners card will get charged for more. I emailed them and said i do not want to continue with the membership and that i want it cancelled. They emailed me back and said i was cancelled and now off their list. I’ll just feel rotten if my partner gets charged more. bloody ridiculous.

    Hi,

Have anyone heard about a product branded as “Kenza Trim and Kenza Pure” that use African Mango to shed the extra kilos?
I would like to hear/read reviews about these products as they are giving away 15-days free trials, but with charges, before I place my order.

I also would like to know any other top 5 reliable and safe brands that sell African Mango near my country. I’m living in Malaysia. Thank you :)

  103. John says:

I live in Africa, so I just go and buy fresh mango in the shops when in season.

Out of season I buy mango atchar which is pickled mango to an Indian recipe. Although the atchar contains chili flavored oil I find it equally effective in promoting weight loss. My favorite snack is rice cake with a layer of atchar topped with a layer of sliced avocado pear which are also indigenous to my area. Delicious!

  104. Alicia says:

    Hi,
I am thinking of starting doing African Mango diet. I have read a lot about it and I hope that it is going to work well with me. My brother was on it for six months and he called if a ‘ mood fixation project’. He is better, I guess, because he is also convinced so. I want to get rid of junky foods because they are embedded in me like a chip which dictates my lifestyle. I am adding weight at an alarming rate and everyone around me is cautioning me. I think it is a high time that I change my eating habits and I am hopeful that this diet thing will help me do it.
I would appreciate anyone with a similar quest joining me to seeing that we get rid of these cravings otherwise it will be unlikely to get away with this.

This is a very informative article, thank you! The African Mango definitely has vitamins and most vitamins are anti-oxidants.By saying that the African Mango helps detoxify the body,do you mean through the anti-oxidant activities of the vitamins or what exactly is the mechanism? What agent in the mango is responsible?

  106. Erastus says:

Wow! I like this African Mango. It is really energizing and tastes sweet.Although I take it often, I have never thought of its benefits and only have been thinking of it as a vitamin source just like any other fruit. It is even better that it is available as supplements. This inspires me to continue…I just want to know if there is any moderation I need to take note of

  107. Kingston says:

Great stuff.I really want to know if there are any good guideline to using the African Mango supplements. What should be the relation between the daily dosage and the amount of weight one intends to lose. For how long as the maximum duration should the African mango be used?

  108. Alicia says:

does the African Mango have any serious side effects or complications apart from the mild-effects mentioned in this article?Secondly,if one take the fruit while it is raw, what is the recommendable intake program for those who need to lose weight?

This Mango Pill form HP…does it have side effects? I was on Yasmin 28 for personal reasons in high school, it majorly messed with my moods and health. I quit it last year and I am now wary of taking vitamins and prescriptions. Where do you order it from? How much is it? Do you have to change your diet? I usually eat meat, pasta and breads alot. Not alot of veggies and fruits. Do I have to change my exercise routine? How many pills per day and when do i take them?

I have been on African mango for 3 weeks and I have lost 6 KGs and
Feel a lot more energetic and have less cravings for sugar which
Is great for me as Chocolates and energy drinks were my kryptonite!
If you take it sensibly with your 3 main meals a day and keep to a healthy diet, it works!
    Happy customer :)

African mango is one dynamite in weight loss. It worked great for me. i have lost almost 20 pounds and have increased energy. As mentioned it helped with my appetite very well.
Have seen it on Dr Oz show and it is a life changer. One small recommendation that worked for me is I used it in conjunction with caralluma, and green coffee.

    good luck!

  122. René says:

    Hi guys

Is there nobody out there who can respond to my request on a list of the ingredients in the african mango supplement?

  123. Anna says:

I am on blood pressure tablets. Can I still take the African Mango? I asked my doctor and he wasn’t sure. I took the African Mango bottle to him and he said he hadn’t heard of it and looked at the ingredient. However he couldn’t give me a proper answer. Told me to ask a pharmacist.

  124. Cheslea says:

I have been using African mango for almost a week now. people have claimed to have lost weight with African mango and I am sure they did, its not impossible. I have not seen any weight loss from myself. although, I HAVE seen a loss of inches. my shoulders I lost a half an inch my waist I lost 1-2 inches and my hips I lost a half an inch :) my body m=now measures (41 shoulders, 38 E, 29 waist and 42 hips.).. what I have noticed with this is I feel amazing all the time and this is coming from someone who suffers from severe clinical depressions. I feel less bloated all over my body( especially my tummy) , I feel sexy and my mood is better.

its different for different ppl I guess. its up to you if you want to try it, I don’t really care either way, if you do, then I do with you the best :) maybe you’ll know what im talking about then.

im sad I have not lost any weight besides the 1 and 2 lbs I keep fluctuating between.

  129. vanessa says:

Just type in Dr, Oz African mango and there are a few videos. He recommends it for it for it’s appetite suppressing abilities and it’s ability to speed up your metabolism.

  130. Helga says:

The first one aired a few months ago, and then it was re-aired a couple weeks ago. I love Dr. Oz and took his advice. I got mine through Healthier Post, and I have no complaints.

  131. Pascal says:

I have just started Africian Mango 1200 from a health 2000 store a week ago. Have taken it very seriously and been careful with food and doing a walk every day – though i seem to have gained a little. Has this happened to anyone else??? any feed back please on how long it took to see a small change?

  132. John says:

It depends on what else you eat as well. If your diet consists of french fries, cheese, sugar sweetened drinks etc. without exercise then I don’t think it will be very effective.

  133. René says:

Ok i understand can you then please respond to my email addess as i am way out here in South Africa and really need to know what i’ll be putting into my body . I am seriously considering this product. thank you
